My car don't get any spark.I have check wire ,starter, alternate and starter.what next

The starter and alternator have nothing to do with ignition spark so why check them?
First, be sure the battery is fully charged. Then depending on the make model and age of the car it could be traced to one of about two dozen things. Please provide more information about the car.
