80s animated movie not sure of title
I am trying to figure out the name of a movie I believe is from the 80s that I saw as a kid and can't remember the title. I think it was anime and I only remember bits and pieces. It is set in the future and all the gret cities of mankind have been destroyed by gigantic humanoids made of fire that shoot lava from their mouths. A boy is on some type of quest and there are these giant "Pill bugs" with extremely tough exoskeletons, numerous eyes in the front, and tentactles. The end of the movie is a stand off between these "pill bugs" and an evil human army that has resurrected one of these "fire giants". Can anyone help me with the title of this movie?? Thanks
