Hello I am needing help with my kenmore refriderator. It's a side-by-side and the water dispenser is not working. Can anyone help? Thank you.:(

Besides the fact that the water dispenser is not working, do you have any other symptoms? Is the icemaker working? The valve is an electric valve. That may have failed. The water line could be frozen or plugged. The water supply to the refrigerator may have plugged up.
