Craftsman GT 3000 lawn mower will not start. It does not even " turn over". The battery was recharged but it still does not start.

Appreciate any help.

Check the solenoid. Jump the posts to post with a screw driver to get power to starter system.

If jumping with the screwdriver turns the starter then the solenoid is bad..
