Adding a sink drain to a comode drain without a vent.
I want to add a sink in my garage but the only access to a drain to the septic is a commode without a vent. My house is on a slab... is there anyway to add a vent to the existing commode and then Y the drain into it for the sink?

Ya got it backasswards there skelch.
Install a wye with a 2" branch off the toilet drain line Run 2" up 16" in the wall to a 2" sanitary tee. Stub the branch of the tee out to pick up your sink. Now run a 2" vent from the tee uo through the roof. Now both fixtures are vented. Good luck, tom
