Thinking about opening a business to clean pools. Is there a license needed to do business? How do I register to take a class, etc. Is this state regulated? I need all the advice I can get.

You need to check with the cities or municipalities where you want to work. Most require you to be licensed by them and will likely require proof of insurance. This type of work is not licensed like a plumber or elcetrician, you would be considered more like a laborer or landscaper.
