Sometimes my 90 civic 1.5 L turns over but won't start, usually when it's hot outside.It has spark but does't fire. It was starting if you waited 5 or 10 minutes after you initially try to start it. But it is getting worse. Sometimes you have to wait for an hour before it will start. Once it starts it runs fine. Is there a relay or something that is keeping the fuel pump from running ?
