    HI there,

I know I've posted this before, but there are lots of new members now; so that means lots of new insight. So, I try this again.

Keratosis Pilaris: Do you have it? Do you know how to get rid of it? Or at least calm it?

If you have this but didn't know what it was called, you can look here: MedlinePlus Medical Encyclopedia: Keratosis pilaris

Ayla (my 5 year old) gets this sometimes. She has ezcema. Usually what helps is a tea bath (a cool water bath with ice tea bags in the water to make it light brown colored)

It's not a sometimes thing. You must be thinking of ezcema. I've had this on my upper arms my whole life. I've tried EVERYTHING I can think of, including tea/oatmeal/tomato soup/mustard/ketchup/milk baths...
