I have a 5 yr old Shih poo and I love her dearly of course. I'm concerned she is starting to gain weight. I do walk her 2x daily but otherwise she is in the house. Presently I feed her about 1/3 cup moist food in the morning and then 1/3 cup dry food in evening. Is this okay? She does enjoy her 2 biscuits daily also. She weighs approx 15lbs. Right now and is in good health.

It is hard to say if age plays a part in her weight gain. (older dogs are more prone to being overweight)
Shih Tzus live for around 10 years whereas Poodles live for around 17 years...

You could try switching her to a lower calorie dog food if you are concerned she is overweight.
You can find dry dog food for obese/overweight dogs at pet stores and vet clinics.
