She shows no signs of coming into heat. She is still very playfull and has an appetite and no bloodshot eyes. Should I be worried?

I wouldn't worry, but I would have her spayed as soon as possible.

At 9 months she's more then old enough for the operation and it's actually better for the dog to be fixed before her first heat.
