Would the tech could be ground out cusing the acura to make the spark come and go ? Possble if so I look it up the wiring dirg said it was the blue wire... just what to know what u think on this thanks

Yes, the tachometer can short out the distributor. You are "dead on"-- simply remove the BLU wire going to the Ignition Control Module inside the distributor, if you want to rule out that possibility.
