Okay so I have had my IUD for two years for the first 8 months I never got a period then I started to get one and have gotten it every month as I should. Well now I got my period at the end of May and then two weeks later got it again and now a week and a half later I am having spotting could I be pregnant?

Have you checked the string?

Could the iud be falling out?

Did you do a pregnancy test?

I don't believe the IUD is falling out then I am not sure what that would be as this is my first IUD. I have never been able to feel my strings I tried again today to see if I could but they cut my strings short when I originally got my IUD. I took a pregnancy test this morning and it came out negative. I have never had spotting with my IUD or in general except when I was pregnant and this is why I am worried..

I'm on my 3rd iud.. my uterus has commitment issues with the coil,kicks it out once a year.
If your really concerned you should really go to your doctor,there is no way anyone here can say for sure what's going on,only hazard a guess.
