Have a 2002 dodge ram 4.7 liter, have a new head replaced, changed thermostate, heat sensor, water bottle, and water pump seems to be find, also did radiator bleeder, what other possibel problem could there be.

Likely, you need to replace the radiator, due to phosphate scale. Only use 50/50 mixture of G-05 antifreeze and distilled water. This link should help:
