I just had a credit card company file a bank lien for a judgement. During negotiations of charge off and repay plan I was sued and not given notice which I did not attend. Yes a full judgement was granted.
I do want to pay the debt and was not given the opportunity to tell my side and now this. I do not know what to do.

File with the court a motion to be heard, due to lack of proper service.
