My 10 year old Border Collie is sick, she is off her food but drinks water, her tummy feels tight, She has trouble standing up and walking. There is a previous history of arthritis in her hip and is on the drug Metacam. Anyone have any ideas what might be wrong. I don't have an money for vet bills as I'm laid off permanently and almost out of money.

She needs to be seen by a doctor, guesses won't help.
