Capacitor went bad? Any info. Would be great.
Hi, I have a goodman air conditioner. My problem is my capacitor went bad so I changed it out with a new one everything worked great for 2 days then I'm faced with the same problem with a bad capacitor. What keeps blowing my capacitor any ideas here? Thanks for your time Dan

Try another and make sure connections are solid.

Hi, Thanks for the input. It's wired right I'm an electrician by trade. I did some more troubleshooting it the 24volt coil in the contactor. Thank guys for your support. I have one on order and my capacitor was fine I just figured since I replaced it two days earlier.

Your mfd may be the same but you can't put a 370vac in place of a 440 vac. But on the other hand you can replace a 440vac in place of a 370vac.
