    Septic tank back up
We recently had a plumber come up and snake from the kitchen to the septic line (no problem there). However, our bathrooms (every one of them were backing up). A septic company came out and drained our septic tank and it seemed to take care of the problem. However, now we are back to slow running toilets and water backng up into the shower. What does this mean?
A friend told me her fiancé had the same problem and it was a broken pipe under the house because of the foundation shifting.. . omg.. . what can I do? If we can take care of this ourselves, we would like to do that.
    Thank you for your help.

Pumped the tank and the problem went away. Tank filled up and the problem came back. Hmmm! What does that tell you? Why am I not seeing drain field needs attention in big bold print? If your drain field can no longer percolate the liquid away the tank will continue to fill up and your fixtures will continue to back up. Have your drainfield checked. Good luck, Tom
