It's no one's fault. You are new to this. You have to learn about her body, as well as she does. Each woman is different, we can't tell you how to make her orgasm. A lot of women can only orgasm if they're on top, so you can start there.

Most woman don't orgasm during sex. It's not a "do this, do that, touch here" type of thing.

Clitoral stimulation is what works for the majority of women, but not all.

Is there foreplay, touching, exploration before sex?

Does your wife masturbate? Can she get herself to orgasm through masturbation?
