    Headlight adjuster
    My 1999 chevy cavlier headlight adjuster is frozen and it will cost me $210 to get it repaired. Can I repair it myself? How difficult is it?

    Depending upon what's wrong, you might be able to free it up by spraying the mechanism with PB Blaster, Kroil, or WD-40.

    PB Blaster works great as mentioned.
    They have screw removers if the head is stripped.
