Student visa to marry in UK
    Good Day!

I just want to seek advice for the following:

My boyfriend will study in UK this coming Sept 09 under student visa, and I plan to follow also but I will apply by Jan 2010 on student visa.

    1. Can we marry in UK if both of us under student visa?

    2. Or is it better to marry outside UK and enter as student dependent?

    3. What if we will have a child during stay in UK as student, will there be problem with the child stay and the wife?

    Thank you! Cheers!

If both of you want to go to school, then apply for student visas... you can get married while you're in UK, your status won't be changed unless one of you want to quit and change to dependent visa.

If you have a baby born in UK, the baby will not obtain British citizenship.
