    Extreme Lower Back Pain
    Hello,
I woke up dismorning with really bad Lower back pain I tried to to take Advil that didn't work.. I really didn't do anything the past couple days but on Monday June 29th I worked at my job and I had to life a lot of bike racks almost 20-25 of them to various places. I'm not sure if that did it or not but that was 4 days ago almost... I wonder if I could have slept on it work I'm not sure. I took 2 hot hot showers which did not work... I took a total of 6 Advils today nothing is working. The one thing is when I walk I'm somewhat OK but when I lift my Left leg up it is EXTREMELY sharp pain goes through my lower back where it hurts at. Its only on the lower Left side of my back... or no it goes from the left to the middle and stops at the middle.. it doesn't go to the right side.

    Please let me know

    Thanks
    Jimmy

Wondergirl is right! You need to see a chiropractor or an orthopedist. Also watch your advil dosage or you will end up with kidney damage. Only take the daily dosage located on the bottle at the proper intervals

I agree you need to see a chiropractor and maybe try muscle rub like Tiger Balm or Badger sore muscle rub

did your neurologist see the pictures himself. I got many results from the x-rays that doctors claimed everything was normal. Until I went to the neurologist and he won't look at a report he only looks at the x-rays did he find what the problem was, it took only seconds to find the problem many missed. I had spinal fission in 1996 and been fine ever since. Lower lumbar and s1. It wasn't fun but I couldn't live like that any more. Take the pictures to a doctor. Please.
