I have a judgement from about 12 years ago that I believe is not valid. My then 16 year old sone (hes now 27) signed an agreement with an individual to purchase a car ~ my son did not pay for the car and it was taken back. The person took me to court and won judment.. oh he was suppose to return the car and did he resold itat an higher price. Any help would be great.

The time to challenge the judgment was 12 years ago, not now as too much time has lapsed. You probably would have been able to get the judgment voided as your son was only 16 at the time of the contract signing. The fact you did not challenge this lawsuit 12 years ago is now coming back to haunt you. If you should try to reopen the judgment matter, the judge will dismiss your motion.
