Okaay well . I get bad breathand sometimes a fury:confused: white touge.. I was woundering why I'm getting this , its really annoying me. How could get rid of it ? Any help please?

You have thrush! You need to go to the dr. to get meds. I'm no dr. this is just my opinion.

My tongue will often turn grayish white throughout the day when my mouth is dry and my tongue is covered in food particles.

The best thing I have found to combat this is a tongue scraper, sold at most drug & convenience stores in the toothpaste aisle.

Those particles of food can really collect odors and you would be surprised at what a tongue scraper, wipes off the top of your tongue.

Trust me if you scrape it and it is thrush you will know. It will be very painful

Brush your teeth twice!! And immediately Clean your tongue with a tongue cleaner! U can seee the Diff !;)

Periodontal disease is also a big contributor to bad breath if you have bad oral hygiene I know from experience.

Well I had made this thread when I da braces and iforgot to tell you lot that I did. I've noticed that I don't get bad breath hardely now. And I certanily don't get a white tongue :D
