I'm 27 years old ,I have contant backa and neck pain that feels like a burning sensation .I get constant nausea and dizzy spells sometimes.is that related to the pins and needles?

It can all be related, in your spine. Get a good doctor a nerve doctor, neurologist . You should have a mri and the doctor should read it himself. Don't just hear the report take the mri with you to this doctor. Everything you have I have. Mine is D.I.S.H. but maybe you have arthritis in the spine, mines like it but in many places. Go to the doctor. A pain clinic worked wonders on me. They can give you nerve blocks. They are great. Good Luck!
