    Baseboard units A/C capable?
We have baseboard, fin-type heaters in our new residence that SUPPOSEDLY have A/C capability. Control is via a simple "Comfort Zone" dial from 50-90 and a Lo(off position) in each room that has a unit. There is no conventional thermostat with temperature readout. There appears to be no condensate lines to the outside from these units. Is there an easy way to determine if these units are A/C capable?
