    Period lasted for 3 days instead of 5 days
    I had an early period, due was on the 30th of June and I got my period on 27th June 09.
    Lasted only until 29th June with usual abdominal pain,heavy breasts etc on 27th(I took pain-killer). But there was absolutely no sign of blood on the 4th day.Only ;little brown spotting.
    Is this a concern? Stress or could I be pregnant?:confused:
    I feel lazy, usually in irritable mood ,sleepy & restlessness.

    My period will be regular for a couple months and then it's out of whack again because I'm stressed or something. It doesn't sound to me like anything to be concerned about but if you're worried wait a while and take a home pregnancy test. Try to relax because it could be nothing at all.

    But what about the symptoms of restlessness,lethargy etc..
    And when do you think; I should take the HPT? I started my period on 27th June 2009 and it ended on 29th June 2009;brown spotting on 30th June 2009,.
    In my history of 16 years of periods; I have never had period lasting for 3 days, it has always been regular and lasted for 5 full days.. Also,I am not stressed about anything at all...

    Has your daily routine changed at all? Exercise more or less? Eat different?

    I follow this change in routine for the past 3 months now...
    Didn't exercise before , now I do since 2 months.
    Eating - has been normal and healthy. I eat little mostly !

    It could very well be the exercise. My period got lighter and shorter when I used to go to the gym every morning.

    Could be... Thanks ZoeMarie... But if I want to take HPT to be ultra sure? When is the ideal time,considering my chart?

    Its normal to have three days period this happens to me, my sis and on eof my friend as well.. maybe because we are skinny gals... but it is nothing to be concerned about.. relaxx

    I usually have 3 day periods. Then this last one lasted nearly a week. It was driving me crazy! But it's pretty normal for periods to vary a little. Annoying and inconvenient maybe, but usually normal.
