I am looking for the name of a movie. Can't remember who the actors were in it, but there was a guy who had 2 race across town to save something and he was giving a device that he could use to change the traffic lights to help beat the deadline. He also was helped by, I believe, a high school principle who use to drag race and hid his 55 or 56 chevy by burying it under the schools football field.
