    Cooking with coriander
I love Coriander, but currently live in a location where it's very hard to buy (I am attempting to grow some). I know how to store it and freeze it, my question is... does anyone know how to successfully dry it. I ask because I bought some instant noodles which had dried coriander leaf (not ground coriander), it was really good and full of flavour.
    Any help appreciated... thanks :)

I have seen coriander seeds but never dried cilantro leaves. Cilantro is my favorite herb as well. You can try growing your own but you have to catch it before it flowers which leaves a short prime usage period.
