I hired my son an attorney for him having quite a few open charges in the circuit court as per his charges he had a of posses cocaine charge, posses marijuana, posses paraphenilia and finally and escape charge what I would like to know is did he get a good plea his plea was 6 months in the county jail, 18 months state probation, 28 day residential treatment program and to have a curfew of 10pm-6am do you think he got a good plea from his attorney

Did he get a good plea? From what you said, I think he did. He could have gotten jail time just for the charge of escape alone!

There's no way to tell without knowing LOTS more about your son. Did he have two joints or six pounds? Did he have a gram or four ounces? Is he a dealer or a user? Does he have a record? Does he work?

Don't answer, because even then we won't have enough information. Personally, I don't think they should put drug users in jail for even a minute. So, did he get a good deal?
