Bloated tummy and massive lower back pain
I coudlnt find a right catergory for this, so I'm sorry in advance. So anyway. About 3 months ago, they said I m/c went to the er, but my hcg lvls were where they were supposed to be, but anyway few days later had another blood test, and they had declined so I took then it was real that I did m/c. But anyway. My periods have been so light, like only last a day or so. But to get to my point. The last month or so, I have had this weird pressure feeling in my uterus, kind of like when I found out I was pregnant, the pressure gets worse when I lay on my stomach, or if I have arms laying across my tummy. I have gained weight out of no where recently, my stomach looks so swollen, I've had major lower back pain for about almost 2 weeks now. Im waiting on a phone call from my midwife, since that is the only dr that I do have but does anyone else have an idea what could be happened?

It could very well be that your period is about to come on or that you are pregnant. It is impossible for us to diagnose this over the internet.

Most likely it is your period as it would be too early to have the pregnancy symptoms you describe as the fetus would only be a little larger than a centimeter at this point.

Have you taken a home pregnancy test using first morning urine yet?

Yeah I know it is, I have taken tests and they are negative. I tried looking for the right catergory to put this into. I know it would be too early to feel anything, but when I was at the er they did a vaginal u/s and he seen something and said no its something else, but then again like I said my levels were declining. My mom kind of went through the same situation as me, same with my aunt, they were pregnant with twins and miscarried one, and then found out a few months later that one still lived, my mom is a odd ball, the blood tests would always come back negative with all her 4 pregnancies the dr was so stumped lol. But yeah I think I just want ot hopeful think that maybe I was pregnant with twins and one just stuck around.

It is possible that you were pregnant with twins. I have seen that recently. Maybe it is time to visit your doctor again.
