Can I legally evict my 20 year old daughter, who does not work, go to school or pay rent?
You can evict anyone who is a resident of property you own or control for almost any reason. As long as you do it according to the laws of the state. Since she does not have a lease, she is considered a month to month tenant. In Florida that requires only a 15 day notice to vacate. If she doesn't leave, then you have to go to court for an eviction order.
