I had renters that moved out, but I found 2 2 inch holes drilled into my concrete garage floor. I can fill them but are there any other penalties I can charge them for this? Thanks

Sure - you can document it with photos (before and after) and take them to small claims court for the cost to repair them.

Do you have a security deposit? If so, just deduct the cost of filling the holes from the deposit. That's what security deposits are for.
