I have a Delstar DS 821 MP4 player.I downloaded my music and listened to the player onetime.Turned the player off and now it is frozen with an hour glass.What can I do?:confused::eek:

There should be a reset button somewhere on the device. Hold it down for 30 seconds. You're going to lose whatever you have on there right now... so be cautious... but I guess you don't really have a choice at this point. If your mp4 player has a removeable battery... that would probably work as well (and you probably won't lose your data this way). Cheers!
