I received two speeding tickets in the state of Alabama, and they were a few weeks apart. I went to plea on one of the tickets, but the second ticket got mixed up for the first ticket. I never pled on the first ticket. I was wondering if they should be dismissed because the court clerk got the tickets mixed up and so did the presiding judge. I am assuming this is a case of mishandling the evidence. Just need an opinion.
