There was this movie I seened when I was little, like around the 90's. It was about this girl that no one likes and I think she's a nerd. She dresses funny. Her parents and brother and sister didn't. She got bullied at school by these girls and especially this one boy, that smokes and gets into trouble. That one boy likes her and wants her to run away with him but she doesn't.

EDIT: Btw, the boy that liked her? Played by Brendon Sexton Jr. He's actually a really awesome actor, although not well known. He was also in Desert Blue, and another movie I can't recall the name of at the moment, Hilary Swank plays a girl who acts and dresses like a boy. Title escapes me though.
