    Removing Steel Door Frame
I have to replace a steel door and steel frame. I see that there are three large flat top screws on each side of the frame. I take it, these hold the frame to the poured concrete wall. The problem is that these screws are not moving at all. The door in question is badly rusted as is the frame and I don't want to beat it out and ruin anything inside I may need for the new door. Please help if you can.

Hi! greg2735, and Welcome to AMHD :)

If you can get between the frame and rough opening, use a sawsall with a long metal cutting blade to cut the screws/bolts off.

    Dear KUXJ

Thanks for your quick reply. I like this site already. I ordered the door last week and it should be in later this week. I'll get back to you as soon I as I start ripping into it.

Those screws may be commpression screws.
Before you try sawzalling out the screws which may be a moot point in they are flush to the frame.

With to people get a screw driver and pipe wrench. You hold the screwdrive and hammer. Your buddy uses the pipe wrench on the screw driver and applies twist pressure. Now beat on the screw driver handel to Shock the screw to brake it loose.

Aloso these may be compression screws / cap screws.
