I would like to know if it is a good idea to give up my rights to my child the mother is doing what she wants she is putting things in my child head so she won't come and see me and I am paying 400 dollars a month for a baby that I don't even see the mom won't even work with me I am losing money and time with my baby for what things won't change so do I have to still have to pay childsupport?

Child support and custody/visitation are two different things and legally you can't use one against the other.
You have to go back to court and get your visitation/custody order enforced.

If you are asking for LEGAL advice, it is not a simple matter to "give up your rights" to your child. In fact, most States don't allow it unless the other parent is in a stable marriage and that partner is willing/able to adopt the child.

If you ARE able to "give up your rights" you are still responsible for child support. The child still needs to eat, wear clothes, etc.

Of course, you don't actually have to exercise your rights to visit so perhaps that is a solution.

The personal/relationship advice - I'll leave that to someone else.
