How to get ridd of Brown spots
Help me. The reason I'm here because I really get disappointed every time I see my face in the mirror. I'm sort of hopeless beside having bloody "psoriasis". I've dark brown spots on my face for last 3 years. I don't how it happened?

I've used every sort of creams that I've heard of. Indeed it got worse. Suggest me any good cream or any home made stuffs that could help me.

    Thanks

Are you sure it is psoriasis?

One of the best things you can do for your skin is add omega fatty acid or flaxseed to your diet.

Eat lots of fresh fruits and vegetables.

Use a sea soap or clay based soap.
Shampoo with organic PH balanced shanpoos
They would be tea tree, aloe, jojoba,
And not contain sodium laurel sulfate

Some other things you should eat/use are
Lecithin (in eggs and some other foods)
    Apple cider vinegar
    Caldendula

You are right I've Psoriasis but I don't care about that much because that's not something unusual for me. Because I'm coping it for last 16 years.

The brown spots that I've on my face are not Psoriasis. I don't know what they are. I've been to Dermatologists They say it's in the skin which is in the 2nd layer of the skin in Dermis bla bla...

So I was wondering if any one can help me getting rid of the those Dark brown spots on my face.
    I would be so Thankful.

From what I have read I have heard two things can cause these spots (if yours are liver spots). They are (from what I have read) caused from a sluggish liver and potassium deficiency and oxidation. The other reason is too much exposure to the sun.
So you should probably take digestive enzymes, potassium and antioxidents.

You could take digestive enzymes and eat fruits and vegetables rich in potassium and antioxidents.

I don't know if this would make them go away or if it would just stop you from getting more.

Here are some links I found.

I thought I might include this. I don't know anything about it but it may be helpful for you
