There's not much you can do.. make up is possibly an avenue..
If you could get some advice from a cosmetics counter,on shading,with a bit of practice,and maybe a new hair do,I bet other people won't even notice.
Highlight the positive,example,your eyes,or mouth,and disguise the what you feel is the negative.
