How does one know if there B/F is no longer attracted to them?
He says he loves me and wants to grow old with me but its like the words are there but the feelings are not maybe I am just tripping like he says but how do I know he's not looking for someone else. He has more of a wandering eye than before and it bugs me

Is he cheating? Do you still have sex? If he is telling you he loves you, and he wants to grow old with you, then I would hope he means it.
Have you talked this over with him? I think you should.

If his looking at other women is what's causing your concern, relax. All men look, all the time. We are very visually oriented.

Are there any other signs that you are not the one (besides your username)?

How long have you been together?
Its just after the initial high and honeymoon things settle down, they kind of even out.. and that needs to happen, you can't live in the honeymoon period forever..
Catmine is right, men look, dam,I look at a good looking man.im not blind,I appreciate beauty.
Look at your relationship as a whole, not just one thing... does he do those small things for you?

Going out on a limb here but maybe you need yto add a little more spice to your relationship.

    Go out for romantic dinners.
    Have date nights.
    Go to the movies together.

If you are still not feeling it after that then maybe it is you that is no longer wanting the relationship to work.
He may not be into you as much as he used to be but put the effort in to make sure.

And yes cats is very right, I have caught my other half on more than one occasion having a "sneaky look" at a girl walking down the road.
He usually gets a playful slap over the head and we continue on.

Discuss your relationship. How it is, where it is going, where he would like to see it go.

Often guys simply start taking you and things for granted but it doesn't necessarily mean he is less interested.

There is more going on here than meets the eye - see post:

    https://www.askmehelpdesk.com/adult-...ng-369529.html

He calls you names, doesn't have sex with you and masturbates to porn instead, goes out with other guys, and looks at other women (a lot).

Doesn't sound good to me. Either talk to him and get it all out into the open - honestly and without drama, or let him know that you're not prepared to put up with his $hit any more.

He doesn't sound like 'growing old together' material to me.

You aren't married... then why are you sweating over this. THis is what dating is all about.. and why you should NEVER jump into marriage before dating for a few years without major issues. Aren't happy, then simply move on...
