My electric company called APS.com is the ONLY website that does this. When I try to log into my account, I put my pword and name in and it 'stops repsonding' and pops up that window asking if I want to send the report and all that. Then it does the 'this tab was recovered' and it goes back to the main log in page. It's the only site that does it :(
