Has anyone here had a homebirth? I am currently 8 weeks pregnant and have an appointment with my midwife in 4 weeks time. I am planning a homebirth. My son is currently 22 months old and I birthed him at a family birthing centre. OMG I just loved the experience and had no complications at all. The midwife really didn't need to do anything at all so this time we thought why not stay at home where it is comfortable. I'm hoping to chat to other women who have had successful homebirths.

Have not had one personally, but have attended some. Most women have found it was a very satisfying experience and they often choose to birth that way again.
