    Information on the NCIC
    Hi, I was just put on probation a month ago my probation is for 1 year. My offense is felony 4 theft by unlawful taking.


    Will this information be seen on the National Crime Information center about my being on probation in the state of Nebraska?

    Yes it sure will. I was a probation officer for 7 years and saw many NCIC records showing that a person either was on or had served a period of probation.
