    Idaho excemtions on judgments
I had seen on a question about excemtions on judgments, in a state they lived in, I want to know what they are in Idaho! My husband and I live on his ssi and unemployment, plus a small job I have! We have one car and very few assets or funiture. What can they take?
We have grandchildren that live with us, can they take their things? And can they go into any account and take out money?
    Thank you Botherdbydebt:confused:

The Idaho list can be found here:

Googling idaho judgement exemptions found it easily.

Generally a creditor will not go after non cash assets for unsecured debts. But you should keep your ssi in a separate account and inform the bank that only exempt income is deposited there.
