    Can a mother be separated from her daughter lagally
    My mother is being severely tortured and harassd by her own dauhter so my mother wants to get legally saperated from her is it possible what does the law says in this matter?

    My nothers 57 years old and her daughter is 30 years old

    Why not just get an Order of Protection against the daughter?

    Where is the mother located? She dosne't need to be legally separated from her they are both adults. If she feels threatened by the daughter then she can get an order of protection against her.

    I agree.. also senior outreach programs are very familiar with the elderly being subjected to by siblings. They may even help for free to get the order going.
