    Good stretch mark creams?
I have some reddish stretch marks and I want to know which products you would recommend. I am thinking about buying trilastin but I don't know.

You won't be able to get rid of them, but the red color will go away with time. Mederma helps decrease the appearance of scars. I used stright Vitamin E oil and mine faded considerably faster than many of my friends after pregnancy.

Do I apply the vitamin e directly on my skin or do I take the capsule or both? I was using some expensive cream the dermatologist suggested but it didn't help.

The aloe vera gel from holland and barretts is suppose to be very good.

Holland and Barrett - Product details for Aloe Vera Gel

If Aloe Vera is applied early enough then it helps to heal the little tears that eventually lead to stretch marks.

Aloe Vera can however be applied to stretch marks that are already there and will help to reduce them so that they are not as obvious by healing the skin.

Also exfoliate in the shower, drink plenty of water and green vegs!! :)

Bio-oil is great it decreases pregnancy stretch marks scars and much more it is sold in most chemists/pharmacies and beauty stores but if you are from anywhere other than britain just type bio-oil into your search engine and order it online. Hope to help

Right. The color will fade in time. But if you want to try speeding up the process, apply renova or cocoa butter on the stretchmarks. These are available in any local or online pharmacy out there. See your dermatologist for more info. Hope this helps!
