This has been answered in many different way but no one has said which product(s) to use. I want to tile over Formica,no backer board, just Formica. What products will work>>

Is this a formica counter top? This is not recommended since the formica can flex and there is little surface bite for the thinset. If you used adhesive instead of thinset it may stick but failure down the road is likely.
