What do I do when my husband tells me he is embarssed to be seen with me and I am overweight I weigh 200 pounds and I am 5'7 I know I need to lose weight but he feels he is no longer attracted to me and will divorce me if I don't lose the weight? I am 49 yeaars old

Your extra weight is him. You should be embarrassed with him for feeling the way he does.
He may simply be trying to motive you but that isn't the way.

Let him go hon. You deserve to be treated better than that! If he wants a divorce simply because he doesn't like the way you look, he isn't worth your time and affection.

You may need to lose weight. But that is YOUR choice, NOT his, and it is SO rude and hatefull to act like this. If he wants to devorce you over this, I say let the guy go.
