    Freon 410 and Freon 22 are different refrigerants. As to your question, I guess I'm not sure what you're asking.

    R-410A is not as forgiving as R-22. R-410A's mixture needs to be charged as a liquid AND the oil used in it just loves moisture. Better have a good vac pump.

    If it is a new installation it is about the same, if you are changing from R-22 to 410-A then the installation takes on a different problem of getting the old freon and oil out of the lines that were used for the R-22 system.
