On most systems RH and RC will be connected with a jumper. This should be in your install manual. RH RC usually gets the RED wire.

I read that in my manual . I have a factory install jumper on RC and R on this thermostat. Should I remove the jumper and connect the RH to RC?

Leave the factory jumper on RH and RC should be connected/jumpered on most systems.
